Quilting Connection brings together quilters of all abilities and interests to inspire and teach each other and to socialize. We share both our quilt projects and ideas, and we continually expand our knowledge through our lessons and interactions at each meeting. Many sessions have a challenge that ranges from practicing a new technique or theory to something that's just for fun. Sometimes we have special group projects such as doing a friendship quilt or participating in a charity donation. Work sessions are periodically scheduled as all-day meetings where members can bring their sewing machines and supplies to work on their own projects. We meet on the ground floor at The Arts Federation, also known as the Wells Community Cultural Center, 638 North Street in Lafayette. Plentiful parking out back.
