Newcomer Team: Barb Holajter, Vicki Black, Lisa Wykoff The Purdue Women's Club Newcomers Group is here to facilitate your connection with the club and all its members. The PWC membership is a treasure trove of valuable information about Purdue and the Greater Lafayette area. As you get acquainted with other members, you will learn about the community while making friends and having fun. Getting to know more than five hundred women on your own would be a daunting prospect but gathering in small groups of women makes it easier. You can become acquainted with other Newcomers at monthly events. In addition, there are over thirty Interest Groups that welcome new members anytime throughout the year. Some groups focus on educational / skills-based pursuits and others gather just for fun and camaraderie. The Newcomer Team hopes to have different Interest Group Chairs attend the monthly events, providing an opportunity to learn more about groups that might interest you. Please see the Newcomer Calendar below for the current list of events. As more events are added, the calendar will be updated and available at the PWC website and in the Newsletter.
