Books at the Eleventh HourChair: Eileen Fitzpatrick (765) 209-2198
Joan Briller (917) 750-9965 Meetings: 2nd Monday, 11:00 am at Walt’s Other Pub. The group meets throughout the year. To join this group, please email Bonnie Hiatt. Our meetings are characterized by a lively, small group discussion of the book selected for that month. One person volunteers to facilitate the discussion. Many of the members elect to stay for lunch afterwards at their own expense. Our book selections cover a wide variety of topics in both fiction and nonfiction genres. At the end of the year, members recommend books for the following year. Usually, a book from each member’s list is included in the reading list for the following year. For the monthly meeting, club members RSVP to Bonnie Hiatt.
