If you have a desire to improve your lifestyle, begin with what you eat since it is a crucial part of the big picture. This inclusive group combines culinary adventures and learning experiences. Everyone is encouraged to investigate new recipes, including ethnic choices in vegetarian, vegan, or meatless/gluten-free categories and then try them out on the group.
Whether held in members’ homes or area restaurants, our monthly get-togethers give members opportunities to sample varied menu choices and ethnic cuisine, critique dishes, collect new recipes, and share resources. Contact chair to have your name and email address included on the mailing list.
